Here is the Press Release:

"Fresh off the boat after 20 years away researching and developing leaders in sport, business and education, Jeremy Cross moved back to Jersey last week and will share what he has learnt along the way.

Jeremy was a professional tennis player reaching the qualifying of Wimbledon, is a doctor of psychology and an accredited leadership coach. He has worked with organisations across Europe, North America, Asia and Africa including Sainsbury’s, BT, the Royal Mail, Microsoft, Coca-Cola and the NHS and his approach to leadership featured in the 2013 book ‘Leadership: A Critical Introduction’.

Although the majority of Jeremy’s clients have been from business, he still maintains an active involvement in elite sport. As well as recently representing England at over 35 level, he worked closely with the GB Men's Hockey Team in the lead up to London 2012, including their first European Championship win in 2009. Jeremy was also sport psychologist for Jersey at the 2006 and 2010 Commonwealth Games and will accompany the team this year in Glasgow.

He will reveal the mismatch between what science knows about leadership and what society does and will share some simple things that we can all do to become better leaders".
